SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scent Cartel (scentscartel.com), operated by Urban King LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA & Puerto Rico)

Scent Cartel operates and ships exclusively within the United States and Puerto Rico. Due to strict federal transportation regulations regarding hazardous materials and flammable liquids (including alcohol-based perfumes and colognes), we DO NOT ship internationally. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States or Puerto Rico will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize real-time calculated rates from USPS (United States Postal Service) plus a fixed handling and secure packaging fee to ensure your luxury items and glass bottles arrive safely.

* Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (estimated).

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier volume and weather conditions.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


5. Damages and Issues

Scent Cartel / Urban King LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if caused strictly by carrier negligence. However, we care deeply about your experience. If you received your order damaged, or if the glass bottles are broken, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
